Yetu Listings SMC Limited, a growing real estate marketplace company based in Gulu City, has announced two employment opportunities as part of its efforts to strengthen its sales, marketing and property verification operations.
The company is recruiting for one Head of Sales & Marketing and one Field Officer.
The recruitment comes as Yetu Listings continues to develop its property marketplace and expand its network of property owners, property seekers, agents and other stakeholders in the real estate sector.
Yetu Listings is focused on connecting property owners and property seekers while promoting more reliable property information through property verification, professional marketing and structured real estate services.
Head of Sales & Marketing
The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead the company’s sales, marketing and business development activities and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Managing Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, acquiring property owners and clients, developing strategic partnerships and coordinating the company’s sales and marketing activities.
The position will also involve building and supporting Yetu Listings’ property agent network, monitoring market opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, overseeing marketing campaigns and preparing regular performance reports.
Candidates should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, Entrepreneurship or a related field, together with relevant experience in sales, marketing, business development or real estate.
Experience in meeting sales targets, developing partnerships and managing sales teams or commission-based networks will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills, as well as the ability to deliver measurable results.
Field Officer
Yetu Listings is also recruiting one Field Officer, who will report directly to the Operations Manager.
The Field Officer will play a key role in ensuring that properties submitted to Yetu Listings are properly verified before publication.
Key responsibilities will include physically visiting properties, confirming property details, collecting accurate information and photographs, liaising with property owners and agents, maintaining field records and submitting verification reports to the Operations Manager.
The officer will also support the company’s property database and identify potential property opportunities within assigned areas.
Applicants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in the field. Knowledge of Gulu City and surrounding areas will be an advantage.
Experience in fieldwork, property, sales, research, surveying or customer-facing roles will also be considered an advantage.
The successful candidate should be honest, disciplined, reliable, organised and able to use a smartphone for communication, photography, location information and data collection.
