Hotel Judith seeks a passionate, skilled, and experienced Chef to join our dynamic hospitality team. Located in the heart of comfort and excellence, Hotel Judith is known for its exceptional service and high culinary standards. We are looking for someone creative, organized, and committed to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality meals following our hotel standards.
  • Plan menus, manage kitchen inventory, and ensure food cost control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff as needed.
  • Innovate new recipes and adapt menus to seasonal ingredients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a reputable establishment.
  • Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
